Easy to Learn!
Most people can balance on stilts after only a few minutes. After a few hours, you will be walking and jumping confidently.

132-152lbs (cz60-Al)
153-174lbs (cz70-Al)
175-196lbs (cz80-Al)
197-218lbs (cz90-Al)
219-242lbs (cz100-Al)
243-265lbs (cz110-Al)

Tip on choosing your spring size: If you are at the high end of your range, (ie 150lbs), many people prefer to buy the one for the next higher weight range, as it gives them more potential energy for power jumps.
